Elese attended her first nude yoga workshop with Rosie Rees in 2018 where she experienced a deep resonance with coming into sacred circle - transforming vulnerability into courage and nude yoking with others.
As an Energetics Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, Elese’s purpose is to help humans connect with their whole ecosystem (physical, conscious and energetic) to heal, grow and transform. And she does that with a vibrational presence that allows people to feel safe and supported to speak their truth and confront their ‘stuff’ - to be seen and heard.
Elese is a Wakka Wakka woman, mother, daughter, and soul-sister who is passionate about being inclusive (no matter your age, shape, size, colour or gender) and helping women cultivate unapologetic authenticity, and a life of sovereignty.
